Nets fans looking to chug a huge soda are out of luck.
Bruce Ratner announced Thursday that the Barclays Center will adhere to the city’s new sugary drinks guidelines and not serve sodas in cups greater than 16 ounces when it opens in two weeks.
The Nets co-owner said he fully supported the mayor’s health initiatives and had no problem adapting the Brooklyn arena’s concession stands.
“It wasn’t a difficult decision at all. It was an easy decision it was the right decision,” he said.
