A pair of employees at the newly opened Resorts World and Casino at Aqueduct race track and two players were arraigned this week in Queens Criminal Court for allegedly creating,  distributing and using 200 phony game cards.

Racino employees Moises Jones, 29, of the Bronx, and Rolanda Roberts, 33, of Brooklyn, were charged with several criminal counts yesterday including grand larceny and forgery, Queens District Attorney Richard Brown said.

Over the last seven weeks, Jones allegedly used his employee access code to create dozens of Resorts World Casino player access cards, which are complimentary cards for the racino’s video lottery terminals that have a $100 value, according to Brown.

The cards are supposed to have the names of authorized players on them,  but the DA said Jones created fictitious names for 50 to 200 accounts and made $2,000 in profit.

Roberts would allegedly give the cards out to a select group of people, according to the DA.

Two of those reported recipients were  Brooklyn gamblers Sonny Vlado, 40, and Richard Ulado, 45, who were arraigned Monday on criminal possession of stolen property, criminal possession of a forged instrument and petit larceny charges, according to Brown.

The resort’s security observed the pair using seven fraudulent cards while at the racino last week, the DA said.

Jones was held on $5000 bail while his alleged accomplice was released on her own recognizance, Brown said. He added they face up to seven years in prison if convicted on all of their charges.

Vlado and Ulado were also released on their own recognizance and face up to seven years in prison if convicted, according to the DA.
